“For the first time ever, we had 24 students in year 10 completing general maths 3 / 4 and their results were highly successful. We had 2 students get scores in the high 40s, the majority scored over 40 and everyone else scored in the high 30s. All of these students are completing Maths Methods in year 11/12 and about half are doing specialist maths. We will continue this model and this year we have 21 students completing general maths 3 / 4 whilst in year 10.With Maths Pathway supporting teachers, this model is a logical flow into VCE.”
